Pointbreak Mergers & Acquisitions has, since 2002, assisted clients that wish to sell, acquire or merge their businesses or raise capital for these or related purposes.
From our head office in Cape Town, we have been involved in transactions in South Africa and in a number of Southern African countries, such as Angola, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, Uganda and Zambia, and we regularly work with counter parties based in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Our clients
Our clientele is typically companies with an annual turnover of between R100 million and R1 billion and found in various sectors of the economy. We operate across a broad range of industries and have extensive experience in agri-businesses, financial services, information technology and media.
Our services
Most transactions, whether in respect of a business, company or intellectual property, start with a valuation - an area in which we have significant experience. Securing finance is also integral to a transaction and Pointbreak Mergers & Acquisitions works closely with financiers, be that development organisations, banks or private equity funds.
